What is My Services
Section titled “What is My Services”My Services lets you register AI tools that are not yet listed in the AI Deck public list as services only you can use.
For example, you can use it for:
- Internal tools / in-house AI (things you cannot share with others)
- Emerging services that are not yet well known
- Niche tools you personally like
- Services where you keep separate accounts for work and personal use
My Services appear alongside the public service list, but they are never visible to other users (fully private).
You can register up to 100 My Services per account.
Add a My Service
Section titled “Add a My Service”1. Open “Add My Service”
Section titled “1. Open “Add My Service””Click the “Add My Service” button in the service list or on the dashboard. A form dialog opens.
2. Fill in the fields
Section titled “2. Fill in the fields”- Service name (required)
- URL (required): the service’s top page
- Provider: the name of the company that develops it, for example
- Logo URL: optional. If not specified, a default icon is used
- Description: a short introduction
- Release date / Country of development: if known
- Tags: select from existing tags
- Personal notes: notes only you can see
- Drag bar color: the color used in deck view
3. Click “Add” to finish
Section titled “3. Click “Add” to finish”Once added, the service appears in the service list with a “My Service” badge. You can favorite it, add notes, and use it just like any other service.
Edit and delete
Section titled “Edit and delete”Open a My Service card and select “Edit” to modify all fields using the same form as when you added it. You can delete it from the same dialog.
Unlike public services, you can freely edit every field (only the owner ever touches a My Service).

Publishing a deck and My Services
Section titled “Publishing a deck and My Services”When you publish a deck, checking “Include My Services” in the dialog also shows your My Services on the public page.
- Not included (default): My Services are excluded from the public page
- Included: the name, URL, description, and other details become visible to others
To keep you from accidentally exposing internal tools, the default is “not included”.
Q. Can I use My Services on the free plan? A. No. My Services is a Pro plan feature. If you try to open the form on the free plan, you will see a prompt to upgrade to the Pro plan. For pricing and how to subscribe, see Try or cancel the Pro plan.
Q. I want to promote a My Service I added to the public list. A. Let the team know via a service addition request. For details, see Request a service addition.
Q. I want to share a My Service with someone. A. There is currently no sharing feature. If you include My Services when publishing a deck, you can share them via the public deck URL.
