Organize with Multiple Decks

  • What a “deck” is and why splitting favorites into multiple decks is useful
  • How to add, rename, and reorder decks
  • How to move services between decks with drag and drop

A “deck” is like a shelf where the AI services you have favorited are lined up together. At first, all of your favorites appear in a single deck, but creating multiple decks to categorize them makes your collection much easier to scan.

For example:

  • Deck 1: Writing — ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini …
  • Deck 2: Image generation — Midjourney / Stable Diffusion / Nano Banana …
  • Deck 3: Work tools — Notion AI / Otter / Granola …
  • Deck 4: New things to try — a temporary spot for services that recently caught your eye

On the dashboard (/dashboard), press the “Add Deck” button and a new deck is added below.

You can click a deck name to edit it in place. It is fine to save an empty deck (you can fill it later).

You can freely reorder each service card with drag and drop.

  • Change the order within the same deck: drag a card next to another card
  • Move a card to another deck: drag it to any position in the other deck
  • Change the order of the decks themselves: grab the handle (vertical dots) on the left edge of a deck and move it up or down

The order is saved automatically and appears the same on your other devices.

The “drag bar” on the left edge of each deck can be set to any of 16 colors. Giving colors a meaning (for example, red = work, green = personal) makes your decks easier to recognize at a glance.

Click the drag bar to open the color picker.

The basic operations are the same on smartphones, but drag and drop works as press and hold → drag. To prevent accidental moves, dragging is designed not to start immediately.

Q. How many decks can I create? A. There is no limit. Too many decks can be hard to scan, so 5 to 10 is a good guideline.

Q. If I delete a deck, are its services deleted too? A. No. Even if you delete a deck, the services themselves can remain in your other decks (we recommend moving them before deleting).

Q. If I unfavorite a service, does it disappear from my decks? A. Yes. When you turn off the ★ icon, the service temporarily disappears from all decks. If you favorite it again, it returns to its last position.
